The Venue

The City of Arts and Sciences is located a few minutes from the historic center of Valencia.

Built on the last stretch of what was once the bed of the River Turia, the jaw-dropping architectural complex hosts a myriad of events oriented towards scientific and cultural leisure and entertainment.

Conceived as a city within the city itself, the complex covers an area of 350,000 square meters. It is an incredible collection of futuristic buildings surrounded by appealing streams and pools of water which appear to be a giant water mirror.

The dazzling space-age complex, developed by the famous Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava together with other renowned artists, now becomes one of the most spectacular stages in history to host an International Music Festival.
