The Festival Organization does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of tickets. The holder of the ticket accepts all responsibility in case of copy of the ticket.

The Organization may deny entrance to the venues to any ticket holder if:

a) The ticket is incomplete, amended, broken or appears to be forged.

b) The ticket holder shows a violent attitude or publicly incites hatred, violence or discrimination based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other social or personal condition or circumstance. c) The ticket holder is in a state of drunkenness or apparent or potential drugs or narcotics intoxication.

Right of admission means that under no circumstances will entry be denied to the ticket holder based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other social or personal condition or circumstance.

Upon entering the venues, everyone may, by law, be subject to a search by security staff. Objects deemed dangerous or prohibited by Law will not be permitted inside the premises. No beverages of any kind are allowed into the site.

-The Festival Organization may refuse admission to the venues or expel the ticket holder from the venues if he or she does not follow instructions given by the Festival’s staff; if there is any reasonable presumption that the holder and/or other attendees may be at risk; or if the ticket holder is in an apparent or potential intoxication. At any time and under all circumstances, the ticket holder is personally liable for his or her own actions or omissions, should they cause injury to third parties or damage to property.

-Possession of a ticket does not entitle its holder or third parties to use that ticket or its contents for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including contests, gifts and/or raffles) associated with the ticket holder or third parties.

Failure to comply with this point will force the unauthorized advertiser and/or user to pay a penalty equivalent to one-thousand times the price of a ticket to the event, without affecting further claims for general damages.

All these activities will be tracked on the internet in order to establish the relevant responsibility.

1)    The ticket must be exchanged for a wristband upon arrival at the DIVERSITY VALENCIA FESTIVAL 2020 venue. The designated exchange area will be located at the main entrance to the concerts site.

2)    The Organization will not be held responsible for the good condition of the wristband once issued; the bearer of the wristband will be solely responsible for its care and maintenance. Damaged or broken wristbands will not be admitted. The wristbands are resistant but not unbreakable.

3)    Once the ticket has been exchanged for a wristband in the designated area, the wristband becomes the element that certifies acquired rights. The loss of the wristband will mean the loss of the right of admission. The Organization warns that tampered with, damaged or broken wristbands will not be admitted. You must keep the wristband on in order to re-enter if you leave temporarily the venue.

The legal nature of the ticket is that of a security, according to prevailing legislation.
